ACA Forum Revamp

The cartoonists forum over at the Australian Cartoonists’ Association website has been given a bit of an overhaul, with the addition of sections specifically for caricaturists, illustrators, comic strip artists and editorial cartoonists.
Already there are some great threads appearing in these new forums, so make sure you spend some time browsing through what is on offer.
And if you want to know what goes on in the members area….well, you’ll just have to join to find out!

Have you considered in a post asking for those members in each area to get together on a regular basis to discuss all things cartooning? I’d love the opportunity to sit down with other cartoonists once a month (for example) over a beer to talk cartooning.

Can’t say I have, but it’s a darn good idea.
Having said that, some of the professional organisations already have monthly gatherings.
Hmmm. Could be time for the first Chewing Pencils cartoon dinner…
